I’ve given it some thought without emotions and in reflection I don’t think any manager can help us … we are shocking on game , plucky the next then revert to type and the cycle keeps repeating itself no matter what is done , who is brought in to strengthen the squad or who is issuing the game-plan or whatever training is done to coach the players, it’s baffling to be quite honest !
Something needs to change from the top to the bottom
It comes from the top we have an acceptance of defeat and mismanagement from the owner and board down that's caused endemic decline. But an experienced manager would still be getting a bit more out of the team.

Thing is I think we only need a bit more to be safe, it's not like we're getting pumped everywhere every week.
Early part of the season it was only fine margins that was going against us, I was hoping those narrow losses we could turn into draws and the unlucky draws into wins, its just hasn't happened though.

I think the City game won't get him sacked but after that he hammer could fall at any time if we continue to lose.

I would guess that apart from the City game he has no more than two or three poor performances left before he is sacked and if we slip into the bottom three the pressure on him will be even greater.

2 poor quality midfielders
2 poor quality wide players
1 poor quality centre forward

= 50% of the outfield.

But posters seem to think the manager can magically turn that into a winning team.

Bring in Tuchel and Poch as a managerial duo and they still have the same players.

Needs Thelwell to sell dross and sign quality players in Jan.

That at the end was worse than norwich away last season. Proper toxic. Some of the stick iwobi was getting from our mid fifties beak and lager boys was unreal considering his performances.Glad we have a break. Dunno how the mood has got so dark so quick. Didnt hear anything bad during or after the leicester game. Just an acceptance of our situation and how bad we were last season. Terrible week like but f*** me that was off the scale. I dont know how its possible to out do the hating of Rafael [Poor language removed] benitez being Everton manager.
It’s been the same for years.

Ben Foster said that opposition players love playing at Goodison because we sap all the confidence from our players.

Why do people think we will get anything from Brighton

I think they will pull our pants down, put us across their knees and give us 10 of the best

I don't think anyone does. But we've probably got a better chance of getting something from them than against City.

But it entirely depends on if we have reinforcements in and at the ready to go from the off 1st Jan. If we don't, Brighton game will just be like Wolves game, Leicester game and so on.

Problem is we’re the only ones who buy dross and we have no money left to buy any quality …
