I'd say we have the worst forward line by a distance. Not that difficult when you only have two. And ones constantly injured.

This set up is very strange I get we were chasing the game but four players pushed right on nobody in central areas beyond Iwobi how are you suppose to create apart from a lucky long ball with this? His formation is wrong and doesn't suit our players we would be honestly better in a 4411 this is some strange 4141

We picked up most of our points at the end of last season when we went into a low block and played on the counter why not just revert to that I get trying to be more progressive but we don't have the players to play this way

Because Lampard seems to care more about implementing some kind of philosophy than playing to our strengths

If we don’t sign 3 good attackers not those freaking no-mark Championship level players on 1st of January, this is negligence.

He deviated from it against West Ham away and Burnley away too in crucial run-in games when a more compact approach had got us points against United and Chelsea. ?‍

However, that tactic of getting behind the ball and breaking on teams last season is denied us without pace in attack and competent attackers. We really need to get forwards in x2 and then set up as a counter attacking team.

Whatever tactics these are he needs to change them to get results, although I don't hold out much hope of us beating city or Brighton. So I suspect there will be a new manager in by Saints at home. I am betting Dyche
