2022/23 Frank Lampard

Southampton is a must win and we have the players capable of winning it. Its massive that we get a new manager in for that game to give the new manager bounce. Keeping frank will have the opposite effect

If he loses his job for that and not for Brighton, our board’s idiocy truly is boundless.
Yeah, I don't really know where I stand on Lampard but if they didn't sack him after Brighton they shouldn't sack him after that. It was a spirited display and until the final kick a narrow defeat against a far superior opponent, that but for a narrow offside call could have been a replay.

If Lampard manages another game for the club, we are down. Seriously, it’s not knee jerk, Southampton on Saturday is that important to the club.
Knee jerk is keeping him simply because we were not humiliated. Tough game, football, but yet another loss tonight and 1 win in 11. Only a gambler entrusts this fella with our Premier League status at this point.

I don't think they have any intention of sacking him at all, don't forget Moshiri has his list of expected losses every season and it's not like the fans are calling for him to get sacked like previous managers when they're chanting sack the board instead

Huffed and puffed but simply not good enough, thanks Frank I honestly do think you’ve tried you’ve very best but it’s results we need and you just don’t seem to be able to get them, so time to go.

I am just not sure what point you are trying to make. Do you think he deserves more time?

He has the worst record of any manager bar Mike walker and it's getting close
I think tonight shouldn’t ever have been the deciding factor.

If the “lose against United and he’s gone,” line turns out to be true, then it’s utterly fatuous. Especially if the context of a much-improved performance isn’t considered.

It’s totally arbitrary and lacks any intelligence.
