But that is not going to happen before we go down. We need to do something now! and a new manager is the only option available.
Possibly. But we are partly to blame for letting them off after we secured survival last season. They should've gone then.

There’s nothing. Any manager is screwed - they need creative players, wingers and folk that can score goals. We’ve no money to do it though. Very bleak.
Boggles the mind the cries of "tactics" somehow solving the goals crisis. Not only is any manager screwed with a toothless match day lineup every week, what manager of real quality is going to willingly come to work for the horror show that is the Everton board?

Probably be given the Southampton game now after a plucky display against the big boys.

Expectations need to be set. If we scrape past the only team in the league that can match us for crapness, he should still be out.

Nothing less than a resounding victory - which I don’t imagine we’ll get - should do. If he tries to start with a back four he should genuinely be sacked at half time.

The problem with "giving him Southampton" is that if it goes wrong then we have lost a six-pointer, wasted yet another plausibly winnable game under a new man, and lost more time to get a new man in...who will then have next to no time to use the window.

The whole point of replacing Frank after Brighton - at the latest - was to give us the best chance to save the season. If we're not going to pull the trigger now, then the upside of a new man is hugely diminished by the delay. At that point, we may as well stick with Lampard. The damage will already be done.

but they would of did this.

our board haven’t a clue they are a joke

crapness lol lol lol

We could replace the manager and be in that same position, though. The problems have been caused by the board.

Sacking the board and keeping the manage would make hardly any difference on the field initially. It would only make a difference after a couple of transfer windows.

Sacking Lampard might give us a chance. There's still a good chance we go down though as the squad is terrible.

no mate no true fan would want to keep a manager over preserving our PL status

you’re now being a liar
Oh shut up......... your obsession with jumping on my posts is getting tiresome....

Lampard needs to go to stay up then we can deal with ridding this club of the cancer that is the board and ownership.... agreed. Or am I lying?
