Lampards Points per Game this season is 0.83 despite adding 8/9 of his own players, last season it was 1.05 giving a total of 0.95.... At the current rate we fininsh this season with 32 points....

My question, what has dramatically changed to show you Lampard will not finish with 32 points and us relegated? To reach 40 points, and I think it will go to nearly that with how the teams around us are picking up points, we need a PPG of 1.25 which Frank has never achieved in his time at Everton.... just a thought.

Losing a game 3 - 1 but not being humiliated.

That is what some Evertonian's have been reduced to now and it is absolutely heart breaking to see.

Common sense and factual history tells you that we wont win anywhere near enough of the remaining games to get safe and will definitely go down if he remains.

Our players are not very good footballers.
Frank is in charge of them and he is not very good at managing.
But our board picked him ,and they are not very good at " boarding"
But our owner picked them and he is not very good at " owning"

The whole lot are very poor at their roles.
60 years of ups and downs and I've never felt this way. I now am in the 'acceptance' phase of our demise.

We’re at the half way point of the season Vs Southampton. I said if we didn’t have 20 points by the half way point we needed to look at it, he can get a maximum of 18 points, if we win at Southampton, which leaves him 2 points behind the curve.

Even if we win, we need aim for 22 points out of 19, 7 wins, 8 if we loose next week (massive game) we have had 3 all season.

What's the point of sacking Lampard if you don't sack at least 10 of this squad with him? Impossible to do financially sadly such is the way we stitch ourselves up with no marks, but honestly, how is a new manager going to get a tune out of this lot?

Brighton, Brentford, even Wolves and Bournemouth can rip us apart going from their box to ours in miliseconds as though we've got school kids in the middle, and our forwards, well that's a bigger joke. Even our defence I'm not sure about and the table and cup exits seem to back me up there.

Nope, sack Lampard and another hapless hopeful comes in, gives a chest thumping presser then get's a mini bounce for an hour or so.......then more of the same.

The boards going nowhere so I'm at a loss of what to do.

Only way I'd endorse Lampard going is if they outline a plan of how we move forward but nobody at this club seems to have a clue.

So we just sit and let it sink?

We have to think short term for the time being, will Lampard keep us up? As much as I like him and wanted him to succeed I have seen no evidence that he will. Maybe no one will, but based off lampards record, it'll only end one way

In the past, most fans knew "something" had to be done, and that usually meant demanding the head of the poor bugger managing the side (Harvey, Walker, Smith, Silva, Benitez) and/or unleashing the sheer power of Goodison. Now, I fear that a significant section of the fanbase is kicking back at the idea of removing the manager for honourable but misguided reasons - "we have to stick by a manager at some point" - and that it's now too late to unite and unleash Goodison.

It's very tight at the bottom and I am of the view that a better manager than Lampard would get four or five points more than him over, say, 15 matches, But it's getting too late for that now, and it looks like the perfect storm has arrived to take us down the plughole at last.
