Looking at the Fulham side here and you wouldn't say they have a much better side then us. Some journeymen and very average players there too.
Yet some say we couldn't be doing better with a different manager .

Rumoured to have leapfrogged the Galloot in the pecking order and about to become a key member of the Everton first team coaching staff. A successor to Benitez might be pushing it time-wise, but he's apparently done well as a youth development coach. I'm sure he'll be doing all his coaching...

At Chelsea he accepted a huge cut in compensation.
So the same thing will happen with Everton.

Board members will easily raise a total of let's say £2m.
Frank would accept that I am sure.

He would hate to carry on as a bad manager getting more poor results.
He does not want his reputation to get much worse.(if that is possible!)
So a sensible agreement paying him a much smaller amount of money. would suit Frank and Everton.

Chelsea continued to pay his wages and kept him ‘on the staff’ for like 6 months to avoid giving him an upfront pay out didnt they?
