I think people are overexaggerating how poor the squad is simply because they are being coached so poorly.

He had the most expensive squad in the Championship with Derby and couldnt get them promoted, he then had a very very good Chelsea team that again, he couldnt setup correctly and failed. Thomas Tuchel took the same players Lampard had and won the Champions League.

Get a competent manager in & Everton stay up, we’re 2 points off 15th place.

Allardyce shot himself in the foot by being a knob head, this was of course because he knew he was never getting the job long term, if he had any inkling he was staying he would've at least tried playing a bit better football once we were safe. Saying that would bite your arm off for a season of Allardyce and some mid table mediocrity.

Completely agree - Lampard has been relying on him being the antidote to Benitez, being well spoken and speak highly of us, but the reality is he has simply not shown enough as a manager

Obvious to most on here. He should have gone after the Bournemouth fiasco. New coach would have had time to prep and a full transfer window. Would have had our manager bounce against wolves and these. Both winnable.

There aren't enough winnable games left now to get safe.

Whilst we slightly strengthened at the back, we just ignored the fact we sold our only goal threat. £30M+ on dross like Mcneil and Maupay was his answer. And even that came too late. It's no wonder we are where we are.

Set the team up better and you’ll likely see increased output from them.

Gordon was slotting at the start of the season, Gray is capable of slotting based on last season & this, McNeil looked a handy player for Burnley who Lampard clearly has no idea how to use.

Their output is utterly shabite i agree, but i feel people are being too kind on Lampard by saying they’re shocking, if Everton get relegated, the list of players you’ve named will all be playing Premier League football next season in some capacity.
