So football managers who don't resign because the fans think they should is because they are sociopathic egotists driven by greed for personal wealth? Don't even know where to begin with that level of thinking, other than to say here in the real world, people who want to be Prem managers and are Prem managers do not voluntarily quit top jobs and forfeit obligated 7 figure pay offs from whoever happens to be their current employer just because the fans don't like them. Expecting anyone to willingly forgo their entitled compensation in any job or walk of life is lunacy not reality.
He's a multi millionaire who is objectively terrible at his job. Staying on is greed or ego. He either wants the pay off, which is greed or against cold hard facts can't accept he is poor, ego. It's not complicated

Despite all the Board's failures we are still in the Premiership
If we stick with Lampard we will go down and it will be difficult to come back up
So yes its the greatest failure and this one can be rectified by sacking him
Please do not tell me he saved us last year because he kept us in the same position as Benitez although getting most injured players back
They should install a clock to count down the minutes we still have left. Not to long now. Perhaps HSV can rent us the clock they had?

The only thing I'd say mate, is we have half a season, and I know we have Arsenal twice.

But fixtures dont worry me so much. Performance does. We could have easier fixtures, and have had, and have lost them all.

Lampard appears woeful. Like I cant believe hes admitting to not giving tactical instructions. That's about the best and only hope we have, that if you get a manager who has a grasp of tactics, you never know.
Howe went into Newcastle, didn’t go mad last January but bought players good enough to keep them up. Tactically v astute.
set piece specialist, and crossing ability in trippier. Target man in wood to cause panic from these deliveries, and guimaraers proving some quality.
I would say we are stronger than Newcastle we’re in December last season.
A back up target man for Dcl and someone capable of delivering from set pieces and we could “dogs of war“ our way out of this.
Ward-Prouse would be a very good signing but we are not in that market now.

My emotional attachment to Everton means I am stress out because of these disgraceful results for almost 2 years. Koff and resign. Please let us know dignity still exists.

It makes absolutely no difference whether he’s replaced or not, the fans and board are in direct conflict, nobody is coming into that environment

Thought I’d feel better today, not as angry at the whole thing. I don’t.

The ‘he’s a nice man’ stuff winds me up, we don’t need a ‘nice man’ we need a competent manager. He knows he isn‘t up to the job and is just hanging around for his pay out now. Each week that goes by we are left wondering why oh why is this bluffer still here.

Like I’ve said, he won’t be sacked or a new manager appointed until the transfer window closes, and we all know why.

Exactly this, I dont buy the whole "no-one could do better with this squad", whoever says that is absolutely clueless about football....

Like you say Howe went in to Newcastle on the 9th November 2021, they were 19th after 11 games with 1 win and 10 points behind Everton. Howe went in and installed the 4-3-3 which they played consistently every week and added Trippier £13.5m, Wood £25m, Guimaraes £33.5m, Targett on loan and Burn £15m for a total of £87m.

They finished 10 points above us with 2 more wins. It shows what a consistent team can do every week not like Lampard who flip flops between different formations, selections and style of play in every match..... Another manager like Howe will 100% get more from this squad.
