I don't even like Dyche. But he's been a manager for multiple seasons, and people are repeating his stats from last season only without an eye on the bigger picture. His football is horrible but to have kept Burnley up for as long as he did is a good achievement.

I think the board will stick with him for pure stubbornness and Moshiri will say when we go down it was the fans fault for saying the board shouldn’t keep changing managers. Lampard and Gerrard are in the same bag, Villa saw the light and haven’t looked back.

I feel for the fella because he was a breath of fresh air last year , he’s extremely likeable and Bringing on simms rather than either McNeill or maupay felt like a signal that he hadn’t bought either of them so he’s been effectively hamstrung . However I don’t think any manager can survive the run of form he’s going through , frankly it’s horrific and I’m not sure how anyone can defend if .
