I just really want to understand what people see in Dyche that is going to fix any of our issues here.

He won 4 of 30 last season!
There is a reason he is still out of a job, I know we are dire but what about next season, the season after. We would be taking him on to try and save relegation but fans will soon get bored with his style and want him gone again and so it continues

Should have been sacked during the World Cup....was obvious then the direction we were headed, and we had 6 weeks to sort ourselves out....
Now it's the middle of the January transfer window, and we're a shambles....what good player would join us when he doesn't know who our manager will be at the end of the month?!.....how can we even target players when we don't know if they'll suit our next manager?!...

3 of the 8 have been our better players across the whole season. Onana, tarks and coady. (Not sure what’s happened to tarks and coady since the WC).

McNeil and Maupay were signed as squad options and not as starters.

Garner has been injured pretty much the whole time.

Gana has been poor but I personally feel Bills mitts are all over that transfer.

And Vinagre, is a loan and I assume is garbage. And is most likely a Thelwell special as he has signed him before.

They're still players they've signed. It's his team.

Last seasons team isn't there anymore/not starters. Keane, Holgate, Gomes, Richarlison, Doucoure, Alli, played the Palace game last season. They've been replaced by the signings they've made.

So for me the "it's the players fault" was valid enough last season as they're hand-me downs from previous years. It's not now for me as they're players Lampard and Thelwell bought to replace the below:

Richarlison, Allan, Rondon, Gomes, Tosun, Sigurdson, Delph, Kenny, Gbamin. Players not playing/wanting to sell Mina, Holgate, Keane, Doucoure....13 players in total. £100+mill spent on them.

They talked about a rebuild and brining in younger players. A whole squad has gone from last season..

I like Lampard as a person, I really wanted this to work out but he's out of his depth and annoyingly this was always likely to be the case. There was a bizarre narrative a year ago that he was the right man for the job because he was seen as "young and hungry" and likely to "unite the fanbase" rather than anyone spending much time on focusing whether he was a competent manager or not. At the end we had banners outside the ground demanding we appoint him. Absolutely mental.

Anyway, I hope he's gone today but I have a feeling that he may be given the West Ham game after Moshiri's statement and Talksport interview this week.

I hate this club sometimes. We are the worst run club in the league by a distance and Lampard is just a symptom of the problem.
