Bring back Moyes!
This is precisely why we are where we are.

We fish in the same, small, ever-decreasing incestuous gene pool for our managers.

In a world of football managers, you are only really on the EFC shortlist if you have already been associated with the club in some way. We're basically inbreeding and expecting to avoid a deformed outcome.

In Moyes's defense.. whilst they spent money in the summer they've had key players injured throughout the entire season which has clearly unsettled them to the point where they're struggling to find their feet. All of the constant talk around Declan Rice's future mustn't help either.

That being said though, yeah, in general he should still be doing better than being level on points with us currently.

Burnley were rarely competitive under Dyche. They were nearly always circling the relegation places. He plays percentages football and when you play that way for long enough your luck will eventually run out, which is exactly what happened.

He’s not some pragmatic tactician, which is what we probably need.
That is a complete contradiction, the longer you play percentage football the more likely it is that the percentages work out. The problem with Burnley is that the new owners got nervous and sacked Dyche when they shouldn't have. On top of that, they sold Chris Wood in the Jan window and McNeil missed too many sitters for them

This is 100% the lowest I’ve ever felt as a blue and we all know we have had some low points. The reason why is because we have one of, if not the worst manager in our history losing game after game after game after game, and our diabolical board are clearly not going to sack him.

It is a dereliction of duty, it’s gross negligence to keep him. Can they not see? Do they not see the results? The table? Honestly I feel so frustrated about their inaction because a new manager would give the club a badly needed lift, and even from the dire directors point of view, it would take the headlines away from them and focus on the pitch. Can they not see people are protesting because we are so bad?

This manager ABSOLUTELY HAS TO GO.

I dont mind if the next manager is Moyes and Dyche, they both are experienced managers and fit the current system. However, if we want to take risk, I would prefer to have Potter and stick with him even we relegated.

3 league wins this season.

Regardless of the board, he should be getting more out of that squad.

That ‘stick together’ nonsense from the post match interview speaks volumes as well … doesn’t know what he’s doing and it reflects in his subs.

Nice guy and I wish him the best, but has to go imo.
Very bad on keeping the leading times. The team is less ambition and cant find the second goal.

The problem is we've had years of dysfunctional purchasing (a scatter gun approach), which has drained our precious resources and brought in instability.

Now there's (supposed to be) a plan, we're heavily restricted and the players we're bringing in may not be to the standard, or we're not able to cover all bases.

Not so long ago, we were blessed with players such as Lukaku, Richarlison and Stones, to name a few. Now, we've had to sell, that's another issue...
,
... but the replacements have been way below par. The defence and midfield may have improved, whereas our front line has been neglected over and over.

This is where the problems lie. We're always going to have areas where we need to improve, but we allow at least one area to be deficient to a point of negligence.
so simple , not sure how must of the fans refusing to except that , it will take time to recover , is it Frank perfect , no he is not but changing manager every 6-12 months only stop bleeding not fixing the issue , let Frank and Kevin work, lower your expectation, we don't have a team for more then avoid relegation so lets support them instead of chasing them and slowly but surly we will replace them for better, after our last win vs Palace we were dancing with them now they are not good enough , honestly we are our worse enemy , sometime I am not surprise that we can not convince good player to sign for us, who need this is his life , yesterday seen were disturbing

Carlos Corboran probably is a lot more attainable and he is doing a remarkable job in similar circumstances to those at Everton i.e. Bad owner and weak board and had a group of players that none of the fans thought were good enough to wear the shirt and thought that no manager could get a tune out of them. He also has PL experience.
