He's adding to the pressure at this point.
Needed replacing a while back to give a new manager some "easier" games.

So he is staying for the money, greed. I didn't say I blamed him for it.Football managers who have a contract of employment but refuse to voluntarily quit just because the fans don't like them or are not currently getting the results they want isn't egotism or greed, it's just common sense in the real world. You don't get to the top of elite sport/management by being a quitter.
Or are you saying if you were under performing in your job and some people didn't like you or think you were very good at it, you'd happily give up the job you fought to get/want to have and gladly forgo all compensation owed to walk away from whatever company employs you, even if your boss backed you? Somehow I don't think so.
No. 4 wins in 30 with a crapper squad. The last defeat does seem to have left Frank gasping because he's tried everything: 5 at the back, three in the middle, two wide men etc
and he knows as we know that the team lacks quality, resilience, leadership, a style of play, and goals.
He has bought poorly and the fact that neither Dwight or Maupay featured yesterday says that he, Frank, has made things worse.
Defeat at WHU will be the end and Frank will take the pay-off and move on.
I hope we can get Sean Dyche to take the job.
Agree we need creativity and goal scorers but still a competent manager wins more than one in thirteen with this group. But the squad is as bad as the results - without players who score goals, without players who can create goals, without full backs (cept and an aging Seamus) who can attack as well as defend - at PL level.
Can't see any manger getting a turn out of these lads unless they get in new players. The players themselves must know this.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin rendered useless etc etc
Still not sacked…
Doesn’t feel imminent, does it?
Not sure where I stand on him. I mean how many managers have we had and nowt really has improved.
Who in their right mind would come to Everton at the moment and really who could sort this mess out
It is stable in that we are consistently crap. But, but "stability".
Bring big Dunc back with Rooney as an assistant on a temporary basis - they understand our club - plus Dunc when in charge did a good job .....I think Frank is the least of our problems, which shows you how much of a state we're in considering he's statistically one of (if not THE) worst manager we've had.
I don't think anybody can come in and save this burning bag of shabite. Happy to be proved wrong though!
