2022/23 Frank Lampard

Looked broken in his interview after Soton. It has finally dawned on him what shitshow he has got himself involved in. He appears resigned to getting the chop imminently.

That's what happens when you sign up to managing the most dysfunctional club in the premier league.

I think I am more worried about winning the West Ham game because it means we are stuck with this fraud.
He should already be gone not sure why they are throwing away games. Can only conclude they are now waiting for this two week break after the Hammers game or am I giving them too much credit? Other teams have sacked managers and reinforced in the time we haven't won a game!

West ham is the final game before the window shuts. So if lamps is still here after that we have to back lamps, if we back lamps I expect we keep lamps.

Maybe we were waiting all along for this game so we don't back another manager in the Transfer window that will shortly be heading out the club.
( Whatever ever we do tho, the 2 following games after sat really could destroy that goal difference...

If they aren’t sacking him, any decent and well organised club or business would put out a statement trying to close off as many of the recent disasters as possible, with apologies if necessary, and promises best interest of the club, lessons learned etc. This would be done 2 hours before the presser so the media can digest it, report it, the fans can hear it. Then there is the implication to the journos don’t blow all your questions asking Frank about Bill and DBB, there is a vital match to talk about.

Unlikely. He’ll be on his own again saying his job is to focus on the team, when the club are making that impossible.
