Who appointed Lampard and all the other crap managers though? Lampard has to go but we are going nowhere as a club, unless there is fundamental changes at boardroom level.

This is a thread about discussing why Lampard has failed as manager, and the board failed him by not replacing Richy in the summer, and they failed him by not getting players in for him this month.

Don't you get it the two things go hand in hand? Frank has failed as manager here, and the board who appointed him have failed him as well.

It's impossible to have a discussion about the plight of this club on any thread, without bringing the board into it imo.
