Nothing wrong with him being a nice fella, he’s doing his best and unfortunately it’s not good enough. Whoever comes in will have the same problems and no doubt get the same results. The squad isn’t good enough, by a long shot, best we can hope for at this point we get someone who knows how to get out the championship and had an eye for good young players who will play for the shirt.

Why have 3 centre backs when you’re 2 goals behind with 5 minutes to go? Shocking to not be putting players forward at that stage. And even more shocking to save a substitute, even if the options were very limited. The same has been happening for weeks now, yet he says he always looks for ways to improve us! I'm guessing Frank was given orders not to throw on Gordon as they are scared of him getting injured and scuppering any move.
Nobody should be desperate enough to thrown on Maupay. Simms should of come on though for one of the centre backs. He had the pick of 3 as they were all awful
