Lampard not being booted pre January, board dithering, not bringing in players, another week or two dithering on a new manager, mad scramble for a crap loan or two on deadline day…the most predictable series of events in history.

Any one of us could have told you how this would pan out in December.

Absolute rubbish. It’s a results business, we’re bottom of the league, it has absolutely nothing to do with the fans. Managers get sacked for performance related reasons and not based on how much the fans like them, well at least that’s what’s supposed to happen.
We all know that Lamard's case is complicated by the fans protest against this board.

He's been allowed to avoid judgement because of it.

That has to end in the next 24 hours - because if no decision is made on him we're going down for sure.

He's exploiting divisions in the hierarchy and the confusion amongst the support about who or what to protest against for the best.

The first step to any recovery is made with his dismissal.
Whether is was intentional or not the board played a blinder selling Ritchie and not supplying a target man back in September.
It's given Lampard an excuse and an underdog tag to cling to.
Four months on Everton are in zombie mode still reeling from Septembers inaction and Frank has a gold plated excuse to feel sorry for himself about.

Richarlison's sale did't help, but he did also waste tens of millions of that cash on rubbish...and there's enough in this squad to get more than 15 points from 20 games.

Maybe Moshiri's 'not my decision' comment last night referred to the FPP rules and how the powers to-be have us dangling on a thread -- just like when they allegedly made us sell Ritchie to balance the books.

The judgement should come from his employers, the fans are irrelevant in the matter. He should be sacked for being bottom of the league and nothing else should come into it.
