Nobody knows better than Frank where we’re heading. If he really cared about the club he would resign. A combination of the money and his prospects of future management jobs is keeping him there & stopping him from acknowledging the mess we’re in. Fed up of him talking about the ‘reality’ of Everton’s situation and the club’s other problems. Yes the board needs changing but the biggest problem at Everton right now is the awful team and its position in the table. Reminds me of the Steve Kean situation at Blackburn.

The club cant afford to pay him off because there would be no money left to do any deals in the transfer window. Sad state of affairs.

seriously doubt that. He only has a contact for less than 1,5 years. Sell one player for few mill and it is covered,. I think as there are no major outgoings we are not spending much. In the summer with the TV money and maybe Pickford, DCL or Gordon going there might be more room to spend

It's concerning how he can have so many experienced coaches on his staff but there is still so many glaring issues in the structure of the team. We play a midfield 3 but you could drive a bus through the gaps between our lines.

What is being discussed on the training ground? What is the intention with this system because it clearly does not work.
How much of what they’re discussing and teaching is actually going into the player’s heads? Are some of them just not paying attention enough?

Bullshit, don’t you f’n dare call me a kopite you utter scumbag, you come in here like a damn coward every so often just to throw a jab then go into hiding, I and other legit blues have posted in here, gone to games etc through thick and god damned thin
Your dady must have taken you to the Kop. I see that you support Benitez. Bravo for you Zoro.

They are a large part of the problem though for me. There are glaring similarities between the way we play and the way Clements Derby team used to play, it was all possession and with no real purpose to it. I think it's him that is setting the team up and Lampard is the motivator. Clement failed as a manger and tbh I was always wary about him coming here alongside Lampard.

I think it's tactical - the same mistakes happen every week and the same gaps appear every week.

I honestly think dropping Gueye and playing someone in midfield who can pass forward and doesn't panic, will make a lot of difference. IGG plays with absolutely no discipline and is a counter attack waiting to happen for the opposition. Opponents want him to have the ball, it's embarrassing for a player coming from PSG.

The midfield and defence have no structure. Part of that is definitely tactical but another big part of it is sticking consistently with the wrong personnel. Coady and Gueye have been 2 of our worst performers now for weeks but there is no way they will be left out.
