We sacked him 6 games and a transfer window too late. He was a legendary player, a great bloke but is a dreadful manager.
I feel a little for him as well (not for what he did to us)….i think he is genuinely a good guy can cares….by all accounts he is academically a very intelligent guy…..but footballing intelligence is something different altogether - he must be fully aware that his managerial relationship is in tatters. His road to redemption now lays in the lower leagues and it’s a fairly fledgling career

What is with this Fanbase, that anybody that wanted Lamps to Succeed, have since comfortably admitted he was a failure. But everyone that Backed Benitez still can't admit he was a failure 🙄

He was more than just a failure, he was a curse on this club.......

It’s not the fanbase mate, it’s a few weird crabs on this forum who still thinks the sun shines out of pig mans fat rear.

They’re not representative of Everton fans who know this recent sorry chapter in our history started with the fat kopite gutting our squad and was then continued by Lampard who unfortunately was well out of his depth and
Seems to be continuing with Dyche.

Isn’t it funny how pig man never got another job after us. Remember when they said he’d have his pick of the champions league clubs 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Wrong because 1) Dyche has had the same amount of time as Lampard had last season trying to keep us up and 2) Moshiri and the board’s dithering both sacking him and not bringing in players for either manager in January is why we might go down
It’s a different situation entirely this year though. We haven’t got richarlison for a start, we weren’t 19th when lampard took over, and the massive support lampard had from the off for literally just not being Benitez wasn’t available to dyche.

The entire thing is on the board obviously, but relegation will be on lampard from a footballing perspective, he was utterly atrocious, it’s genuinely indisputable at this point.

Yes exactly my point, this goes beyond managers, anyone pinning our relegation solely on one person needs their head examined if they can't see that the board are the culprits.

The ghosts of Everton Past managers will relegate us.

Silva just beat us a few weeks back.

Lampard has already lost at Chelsea to Wolves and has Forest and Bournemouth to come.

Fat Sam to win a few games for Leeds.

I'm expecting Moonhead Koeman to come on for Bournemouth and score the winning pen.
