Give it a rest mate.

Stuff like this just stifles actual discussion and nuanced opinions because we end up in a situation where everyone takes exaggerated stances in order to be seen as either ‘for’ or ‘against’.

I want lampard to succeed, I like some of the things he’s doing (trying to play more football for one) and I like how he comes across. I also have some reservations about him and think we’re getting to the point where he’s got to start showing some tangible signs of things getting better
I want him to succeed too because I want Everton to do well. I had seen enough of him at Chelsea though to think that he wasn't the man to take us forward

And that’s fine, but it does seem like you’re not really open to having your mind changed and are just going to relentlessly post negatively about him which seems a bit daft and very boring.

Mate I was already saying 'smart from him to not sell Gordon' after Gordon scored and my credibility on him had he won that game would've been slightly swayed. Its up to him to seal his faith. Me talking about not rating him won't get him sacked, his results will.

He has been very unlucky with injuries so his system of 3 man defence has been disrupted.

Godfrey, Mina and potentially Holgate now then add two new defenders, you can see why fans want the 5 man defence scrapped.

If Holgate is out, Coleman comes in instead of Keane.

The 5 man defence isn't the issue for me, it's the 2 man midfield, it HAS to be 3. Iwobi and Onana did well but if you add a defensive midfielder it allows Iwobi and Onana to be more attacking and get into the box for those wingback to deliver crosses.

Oh come on mate. Fleetwood Town shouldn’t be considered when looking at Frank’s results.

I’m not ‘Frank Out’ because apart from Dyche, there is no one else to get us out of this hole right now. And people don’t want Dyche because he isn’t a sexy name (our fans are fine with his players like Tarkowski though!)

But Lampard has it all to prove. Done nothing as a manager and he & Kopite G don’t get any pressure from our media just because they’re English.

Silva is twice the manager Frank is and yet you all hounded him out.
I've never known in my life a single Evertonian to refer to Gerrard as 'Koppite G'.

I mean EVER, it's almost as if someone is trying to fit in without having a clue about the us.

Anyway, love Lampard, think he'll be great for us long term

Wether its him, the DOF, the board. To start the season without a striker is bringing a spoon to a gun fight. We haven't got quality as it is. To throw in no striker is ridiculous.

Not a clue if lampard is right or wrong for this job. Its a complete blind faith and hold your nerve scenario. Thats the killer. Not knowing if sticking with him will pay off. Club needed a bit of a long term plan. I dont think we should buckle at the first rough spell.
Who in their right mind thinks anyone coming in is going to get something from this squad anyway. Wake up. We're sh!te.
