It was very very bad from start to finish. A shocker from Frank.
Sacking him shouldn’t even be a consideration but neither should talk of proving people wrong and obvious improvement. Not being Benitez, improving the mood, and ‘getting the club’ are all good things, but at some point we need to start winning games.
If the club want to win more then they should have given him a goalscorer
Only lost 4 games this season: Chelsea, Spurs, United and then Villa which we should have done better.
It really wasn't.
But you do post a lot of crap so that post doesn't surprise me at all.
Its the home losses that hurt and make us too reliant on away games. We won both the home games we lost this year.
We need to win half our home games at least. Until that happens we're going to be down the bottom because I dont trust our away form.
The second half was bad. The first half was reasonable.
We sold our best player in the summer and signed some mediocre forwards to try and replace his output.
Our best RB is injured and we are playing a lad who has been past it for 4 seasons, as his replacement.
Furthermore, our brand new midfield have started 4 league games together.
Losing to Utd and Spurs shouldn’t be a shock, I think the next run of 6 (inc League Cup) we will know where we are.
Hopefully, we can get another winger or striker in January to help us out.

Maybe but we usually get results in those games. We usually don't lose at home to Chelsea.
The Palace and Leicester games need to be 6 points.
Of course, everybody knows that the board is at fault for many of our ills, that’s not exactly breaking news. It doesn’t change what I’m saying though, if we don’t win a couple before the World Cup break then the pressure will really ramp up (not necessarily on his job but just generally).
They've sorted out as much as they can in one transfer window with the defence and midfield. It'll take another 2 windows before we sort out the forward areas and better squad depth in the wide areas.
No one has battered us so far. Though we are still a long long way to go from where we want to be, we will get there.

I think we will get another 6 or 7 points by then and be around 14th. Can see something like 2 wins 2 losses and a draw.
