Mentality has to he right though every week. You go out like they did at Spurs and you aren't beating anyone. Believe you can play with teams, score goals, defend in moments where the shape is lost a little, battle in midfield and you can be right there every single week.

You have to climb your Everests. We are a bit above base camp. And thats fine.

Fergie knew he had to beat us and the RS to win at United, same at Aberdeen with the Old Firm.

Howard knew we had to beat the RS to win a league.

True, the league is different now, but the song remains the same.

We gave average Utd and Spurs sides way too much respect. I'd rather play like today and lose 3 nil than how we played.

The shape in the Spurs game was an absolute disaster if you're actually trying to win a football match.

I don't want to go backwards like this but the attacking intent was not there in recent weeks and that just cannot happen again. Frank has to let Mykolenko and the deeper midfielders at least support or we will have 1 shot over 90 minutes again. Today was different because the manager allowed the team to go for it.
Are you on drugs or just copious amounts of sugar from the food they feed you over there.

We aren’t playing free flowing attacking football with Gray and Muapay up top.

When your attack is bad you need to give it more help, not less.

We have two fantastic ground covering CMs, two solid CBs, a capable fullback on one side and one on the other (when healthy) that has the athleticism to cover ground. Trust them to do their jobs and get more numbers forward.

Spurs especially. The United game we went for it in the first half and got outplayed so we kind of just shut up shop and never got back in it.

But I agree. Go into every game looking to play like that and if you get smashed you'll at least have mistakes to learn from. Can we learn anything from Spurs? I think they know that it is better to shoot on target already.

No, because once we left space spurs would have cut us to bits and exploited the space we left.

That shows your level of understanding in all honesty. Come back with whatever you want but I’m done

Yeah probably. But also maybe not.

What we did was just choosing to lose. I prefer to give it a go. I guess we're not the same.

Thought we looked a lot better and played some nice joined up football today. The difference a fully fit, well almost fit DCL, who was my man of the match today, everything you could have in a centre forwards performance, excellent hold up play, brilliant first touch, pace, great in the air and a much deserved well taken goal.
