I get your point to an extent. But I standby that newcastle with Jacob Murphy and almiron supporting callum Wilson is not a particularly tough fixture
I hate to say this but Newcastle are challenging for a champions league spot this season. Second half of last season they got more points than all but City and Liverpool.
They are better than us and very good at home.
I do believe that Frank can get us back up to the top half and challenging Europe given time and maybe with a bit of luck who knows where.
 

No Blue was ever going to be happy with 3 defeats on the bounce, particulary with having 0 efforts on target in two of them, but calls for yet another new manager were just ludicrous for me.

I posted here a few weeks ago after those back to back wins it still will be a bumpy road ahead given the squad at Lampard's disposal but we've made progress this season, albeit small.

Even in those three defeats we didn't give that much away and didn't take a hiding in any of them. After leaking like a siv last season, the manager has sorted the back out and that certainly is something to build on.
