He gives a [Poor language removed] and that is very clear to almost everyone and for that reason he is popular with the fans.
Anyway whether you buy into it or not that impact of unity has to be for the good of the club. Right?!

He was the manager that rescued us from one of our most troublesome and turbulent periods. Being at the core of that and living and experiencing all that, of course he is a blue. Chelsea will always be a massive part of him, but so are we now.
It’s a completely different experience from the rest of his career. His comments show he feels something different from the club.
One of the outstanding global sporting images last season is him stood on the roof of the directors boxes after the Palace game with the sea of fans on the pitch. I bet he has that photo framed in his office. An incredible moment in the clubs history that he was central to.

I've picked Everton for my Master League seasons thing, but since you have to have an avatar/persona, I remember I was too lazy to actually make one when I did that, so I've picked a preset one. There's about 5 and I've picked, naturally, Frank Lampard for some reason.
What I'm saying is I've foreshadowed this appointment by at least a year.
In my game Everton win the League and CL within the next few years btw. JUST SAYING.
