Was happy for the first half but feel embarrassed to escape that with a point. There was a very disappointing moment at the end there where we had good territory in their half from a throw in and opted to work the ball to Pickford. That was really spineless. I reckon Lampard sees this and I pray he gets something sorted in January. We have got 2 thirds of a team Defence and Midfield. Attack is poor

We're playing with fire allowing the amount of pressure and shots that we allow. We're defending well for now but it doesn't take much for this style to fall apart.

I'd have started Mcneil and Gordon/Gray. Then used either of the mentioned as an impact sub. Mcneil doesn't have the pace to test defenders when their tired.
