Don't get me wrong...a disappointing 2nd half but a point at this Fulham team away is not a bad point at all. We are still moving in the right direction and we can see it is glaringly obvious that our front line is poor. I think Lampard will be seeing that also. At least we are not being spanked like last season
I really hope they already have at least one attacking forward lined up for January. Lack any really threat out wide or creativity.

I feel our FB's should be getting involved more going forward. They rarely ever overlap. Think Patterson is better for it but Mykolenko needs a bit more confidence in himself because I think he can do it.

Really negative set up tonight, allowed them to dominate. Marco showing us the style of football we could've had, had we not, as a fan base, hounded him out from a very similar position we are in right now.

He needs to have us braver in possession, particularly away from home, we were basically a long ball side tonight feeding off scraps. Not good enough this evening. Fulham unlucky not to win.

4 points from the last 2 games isn't bad but I agree never expected Lampard to be so negative its like he sets up for a point every away game.

Wish he would punt Gordon anarl McNeil deserves the nod.

If you watch Lampards interviews you will notice that he knows this. He has stressed it enough. Still a work in progress but our front 3 are not exactly helping matters

I agree 100% mate. Doesn't stop it being disappointing setting up not to get beaten vs Fulham. The default seemed to be back to Pickford and launch it to DCL who isn't great at holding the ball up. Needs to be much better, and hopefully with time it will be.

We saw Silva's style of football and it involved very little in the way defending. Claiming we're in a similar position is completely disingenuous.

Silva wasn't up to the job. Simple as that. He wasn't hounded out. Losing 6-2 at home to Spurs, 5-2 at Anfield, and 3-2 to Millwall in the Cup will do for any manager. Throw in Roberto Martinez vibes in losing a 2-0 lead at Newcastle in an eventual 3-2 defeat and you have a maddening manager who was simply out of his depth. He should never have been appointed in the first place - especially as it almost got us a points deduction and cost a fortune in compensation paid to a club who sacked him!
