Things have to improve immediately. No matter how much we like him or how he has united the fan base, football is a results game. Lose again against Bournemouth next Saturday and he could be in big trouble tbh. We would be just 3 wins out of 15, precariously close to the drop zone, maybe even in it and be at the start of a 6 week break from PL matches giving plenty of time to find a replacement.

As much as I dont rate El Loco the mad thing is he's a better manager than Lampard. Saying that the only decent international team manager is Mancini imo.

Lampard is as big a myth as Slippy G and Rooney imo. Sort of managers your Norwich's and Derby Countys of the world appoint not Everton for God sake !

I'm not calling for his head but I am starting to lose faith in him.

We haven't won a button for almost thirty years and have a far worse team then Brentford do. He wouldn't look at us twice. Managers don't care about historically big clubs. They care about winning and he'd be less likely to win with us right now then he would with Brentford.

Im just giving suggestions. Not up to me to persuade him, is it?

Nope, wrong. I spent all of last season wanting Everton to win and the fat kopite to be sacked.

I also spent most of my time dismantling the “wolfpac” and the “Benitez 8”

I was quite busy and successful in all honesty

No its not but if you're going to suggest sacking the manager should at least have a realistic target in mind who'd be a better option. Your suggestion wasn't realistic at all.

I didn't want him last year. (As he had been out of work since being sacked at Bournemouth).

However I did predict in 2019 that he and Arteta would be excellent managers in the future but didn't have the experience for us at that time.

Unfortunately we have gone so far backwards and they have excelled so.neither is attainable now.

Unlucky, but right now Frank is actually doing worse then Señor Benitez, which shows the Spaniard was never the problem.
