Yeah arteta, a former blue and another who our clueless fan base didn't want, we really do ourselves no favours at all.

Think it mainly comes down to timings. For example, when I said that about howe and arteta, mourinho and simeone were being linked. And howe and arteta would have been big gambles.

Then when we finally sacked Benitez, Howe was then unavailable. But the work he did in his time after being sacked has clearly been invaluable to him. Like the work Arteta did under Pep.

I like lampard. Want to see him given some time and another window to work on the attack. But people will get agitated by results currently and we know what Moshiri is like.

Yeah, that's a bad performance and result. Frustrating as hell. I won't write him off, the Burnley game last season felt similar in a lot of ways.

One game shouldn't determine anyone's future. However , that was utterly unacceptable tonight, and he has to bear a substantial amount of the responsibility. I hope that he can turn things around , but there are worrying signs.

He won’t get sacked and not should he.

But he does need to think about changing the tactics. That formation has been found out.

There isn’t many formations he can try using a 4 at the back, 433 was the go to and has stippled being effective, 442 is the oldest formation in the book and 4231 can only work against certain teams

Its not often I disagree with his assessment of the game, but I totally disagree today. There was absolutely nothing to like about that performance and there was nothing Everton about it, other than we lost and were crap i suppose.

Still crap after adding 7 or so players! (Tarkowski, Coady, Onana, Garner, Gueye, McNeil, Maupay and having Patterson back)

Yet despite adding 65%-70% of the 1st XI we are still performing at levels only seen under Mike Walker and Rafael Benitez... I want to love Lampard I really do but he needs to show he is capable of taking us forward but he isn`t/can`t!

Haha why do I need a suggestion? I'm a nobody who has no influence in the club.

Because asking for a manager to be sacked without any kind of solution just proves that its not as easy as you'd like to think it is. Its all very well saying that we should sack Lampard but replacing him would be a nightmare because there isn't anyone who's both realistic and available right now.
