I know. I don't understand it at all. We've been absolutely starved and destroyed from Rafael appointment and a board that everyone hates. Evertonians are clinging to something they *hope* will save us. And I just think that Lampard is evidently and statistically not that person.

This is a big warning sign.

Midfield is too fluid.

It's not that simple. There are issues at all levels of the team causing this.

LAMPARD - Should know how to organise a midfield inside out. Brings in ASHLEY COLE - Should know how to organise a defence inside out. Needs to get on that phone to get DROGBA cos hasnt a clue how to put the ball in the net. Because if Lampard, Cole and Drogba cant set up a decent squad with decent tactics from defence straight through to putting the ball in the net, like they achieved at Chelsea with that successful team and experience, i'll totally give up. I was thinking - Where is Drogba anyway?

Yet despite adding 65%-70% of the 1st XI we are still performing at levels only seen under Mike Walker and Rafael Benitez... I want to love Lampard I really do but he needs to show he is capable of taking us forward but he isn`t/can`t!

Ah, we'd have seen off Arteta if he had the equivalent of the rough patch he had at Arsenal a couple of seasons back.

2 games ago we were firing, last two games the players have been brainless once they step over the line. It’s on the players to shake the malaise off in these two games at the Vitality this week

He won’t get sacked and not should he.

But he does need to think about changing the tactics. That formation has been found out.

Can not believe he told them to be that slow coming out of defence, or for the wingers to not be arsed or put awful crosses in or for players to miss absolute sitters or for the midfield to be so lethargic....if he did, then he should go, if he didnt then the players need to take full responsibility

We should be in bottom 3 really. Lucky to get points at Brentford, Fulham + could argue RS.

Front 3 aren't great, whatever permutation he uses, but we shouldn't be as bad as we are. Fulham have scored 22 this season.

Don't think he's even close to being sacked + WC comes at good time.

Just got to hope there's 3 worse teams this season.

Funny response this, Rafael lost 10 of 19 games, so could not have lost 14 in a row. But Franks 16 defeats from 32 games puts him on a nearly an identical Win/Lose/Draw percentage and Points per game.....
