2022/23 Frank Lampard

I'm not even convinced Frank saved us last season. We dropped further from Rafael's levels under him. The sheer grit and determination of the players saved this club
In fairness that is a load of rubbish, Benitez crushed those players spirit. Frank took over a broken football club and he did a great job keeping us up.

Things are looking a bit bleak right now, but he is a better Everton manager than Rafael Benitez. If we kept Benitez on any longer then we would've been in the Championship right now.

If we get beat on Saturday - I think he will be gone after the world cup with a new manager in the background ready ?

Who knows that plunged us to new depths tonight imo .......

Different players playing the same lack luster football v Bournemouth reserves the under 23 team with a few regulars could have done better that that performance.....

Who we getting? No one worth having would want to come. Part of the reason we ended up with Lampard in the first place is because there was virtually nobody else available.

If he cant figure out that...
1. We cant do 3 centre halfs
2. The 3 in question nearly got us relegated
3. we get overran with 2 in midfield

He aint a PL manager
But he will tell you that we were unlucky in the first half because its a deflected goal and that we should have scored and bla bla bla...the usual crap...Good talker but only thing he has managed so far is playing defensive compact football to get us over the line...one good game against palace and that's it...

This thread is OFF THE RAILS

We didn't play any of our new spine in this game, which was essentially the team that nearly got us relegated last season

I'm all for the performance wasn't good enough, but the players on the pitch weren't good enough either.

If we show up like that Saturday, you'll have a point.

But with those CBs and midfielders, I'm not sure how anyone could have expected a different result

Absolutely embarrassing. Getting beat 4-1 to Bournemouth is a sackable offence and quite rightly. We have seen little to no progress under fat Frank. The time is right with the forced break to get rid of this useless coach and his many hanger ons. Lampard Out
