this planet. you think another manager who you can’t say who will come in and score us goals and it’s all rosy LOL

ok lad

Oh change the record, that's your go to answer to anyone questioning the manager. Are the strikers responsible for us conceding 4 goals last night or the fact that we concede a lot of chances to virtually every game.
Is it the strikers problem that we don't have an attacking plan, it's not like Maupay is missing chances, he just doesn't get any.
Lampard is an absolute joke of a manager

i mean a new manager will fix it and the NO strikers

simple maths

So look, I think its fine to criticise the manager without wanting him sacked. I didn't knee jerk last night with a post as I didn't want the emotion of it to derail thoughts. However;

- Last night is 100% on Frank. I dont get him saying he learned a lot about those players. The team that played last night is the team which essentially nearly relegated us. Its awful, if he is still learning about those players - he is highly naive.

- Set up against that Bournemouth side was so wrong. 3 at the back against them, with players who can't play with 3 at the back (as proven last season) was essentially throwing the game in their hands.

- Midfield, maybe he was talking about Doucoure and Davies knocking on his door, they where awful - how Davies missed that chance ill never know even watching it again this morning.

- Subs, why did Garner get pulled before Doucoure and Davies? When those where playing worse and having less touches and passes.

- Protecting players, I understand, however not when the majority of the squad is about to have a month off in the middle of the season - should Gray, Iwobi and McNeild started? Id argue yes personally.

To me his game management and his subs have been awful, even last season when we where scraping I still didn't think they where great. The squad makeup is awful we all know that, and in January I know its awful to buy players but we MUST sign some players with creativity - last night showed Gray for how he should be used, legs in the last 30/35 mins. Him and Gordon offer nothing creatively.

Last night was a decent opportunity to progress in a cup competition, but I would guess that pretty much all of us seen the lineup and thought we have threw the hat in.

Frank is doing nothing but inviting pressure on him - I thought last night was a must win for him after the weekend, however I think the next game is a must win, and if am honest I am struggling to see us getting a result.

I don't think he should be sacked, however he is absolutely not beyond criticism.

TBH, I dont think there's an awful lot wrong that cant be easily fixed.

I've been saying since well before the summer transfer window ended that we'll be in trouble if this manager didn't get a Richarlison replacement in. FL's decision / judgement that Calvert-Lewin could be relied on for appearances and goals was utterly disastrous. And the decision to spend cash on McNeil and Maupay equally so.

However, if there's cash to be spent on a couple of forward s in January, this is a situation we'll get clear of.

IMO we need to stay with FL...and I say that KNOWING full well we'll probably get nothing on Saturday either. It's all about Wolves at home on Boxing Day and three points - and then the club having forwards lined up to come in to rejuvenate our season.

I hope that's the way the board see things, but who knows. Moshiri is still - regardless of his recent disappearing act - a dangerous factor for us moving in the background like a great white shark ready to take down another manager.

DaveK is never wrong.

Reflecting on last night I still can't seem to rekindle my faith in him - that result was horrendous and up there with the worst in our history.

Lampard really needs to buck his ideas up otherwise he'll go down as probably the worst manager since Walker.

If he loses his job thats his PL career over and possibly management in general.
