Reflecting on last night I still can't seem to rekindle my faith in him - that result was horrendous and up there with the worst in our history.

Lampard really needs to buck his ideas up otherwise he'll go down as probably the worst manager since Walker.

If he loses his job thats his PL career over and possibly management in general.
I'm not sure last night is the best example to use if you were having doubts about Lampard.

Lampard worshipper? ?‍♂️ You've got to back the manager mate and get behind him.

Things have progressed this year and the first 11 are much stronger than last year. Striking options side we are beginning to look a proper side and don't blame him for giving the fringe players a chance as they did exactly the same. Just re-enforced the message that they are not up to scratch,.
Respectfully, there is backing the managing and not acknowledging he made mistakes last night. If you lose 4-1 to an inferior squad 2nd XI and bested by a caretaker manager, questions have got to be asked. If we're gonna '100% blame the players' every time we lose, why the hell are we paying him?

Team selection last night was bizzare especially considering alot of players gonna be having 6 week off anyway after Saturday.
Don't think ha done anything to warrant the blind faith, personally believe it was the fans who kept us up last year rather than the manager.

I guess it depends on the baseline. It was low tbf. But yeah, we're struggling.
Yeah we are a bit. We’re conceding fewer goals and have a bit more energy in midfield but we’ve lost a 10-15 goal a season player in Richarlison and we still lack quality and creativity in other forward areas. Burnley showed last season that being solid can only take you so far in this league.

Barring a disastrous run of results id give FL the January window to get reinforcements in. But another couple of defeats on the spin and the pressure begins to mount significantly.

We lose more than enough games as it is, without actively asking to lose a game by making the maximum possible changes.

I can't accept that from any manager, not Benitez, so certainly not Lampard either. The culture of the club absolutely stinks, and if the manager doesn't want to win, then we will never win

Tom Davies says hi...

I mean... quoting myself like but...we get chances like this almost every week.

Iwobi and Dom against Leicester
Onana and Gray Vs Spurs

Yes players miss chances and we don't create enough. But if we don't put away clear chances, we're going to struggle.

Never created much under Carlo but we had finishers (James, Richy, Dom, Icelandic Babysitter)
Never created much under Big Scam. He had Rooney and brought in Walcott and Tosun in January who got 8 goals and 3 assists combined.

January is big.
