Anyone disagree with any of this???
Comparing Tuchel to Lampard. LOL Its like comparing a Ferrari to a tractor.Saw your post earlier about Holgate, Mina and Keane being up for sale in Jan.
Anyone else of the current squad? From media sources?
He achieved in Germany in a 2 horse race...then PSG in a 1 horse race.
Didnt he lose the dressing room at chelsea and bar winning the champs leagud upon joining wasnt his team doing much the same as under Lampard?
100% he didn't have a clue who potter was. He didn't even know how many players were allowed on the pitch. But potter was spoken about a lot in the media so it's no stretch to say he's gone with an appointment that he thought made him look like he had a clue.Maybe. That said, I doubt he had a clue what a Graham Potter was.
This. There are some individual bits of pressing that are quite good. McNeil in particular. But with the midfield not keeping shape and the back not playing a high line there’s huge swaths of green in the middleThat's not totally right though. Part of the issue is that the backline doesn't stay attached.
Many would have said the same about Iwobi. He had to try them, but now he knows for sure.Lampard gave the players who let us down persistently last season another chance last night. They let everyone down again.
But why did he think it might be any different to last season? Who else who saw how bad Keane, Davies, Holgate, Doucoure were last season would have given them that chance?

And if we win they probably should go away. That doesn’t necessarily mean they shouldn’t be out now though. I’ve never quite understood why people think it’s somehow unfair or fickle to be more upset when things go badly than you are when they go well.Pitchforks won't go away it seems. But not try them all at once, that was never going to workMany would have said the same about Iwobi. He had to try them, but now he knows for sure.
For me, he is the 6-8 goal striker as backup. A fit DCL is the 10-15 goal striker. The main problem lies with wingers not contributing/creating enough.I'd live with a Radzinski and a Marcus Bent style signings at this moment in time. I guess Maupay fits this bracket
Anyone disagree with any of this???
And again, cant disagree with any of this either....
Whisper it, because it upsets some people, but last Saturday wasn't the end of the world. What about the players last Saturday?
