Stick with it! Changing everytime it went a little pear shaped is why we are here with a squad assembled of 4/5 different managers!

I think the context is crucial each change . Although I agree largely with this. Its never just a little pear-shaped certainly not last year or seemingly this.

I think we've hit the trap door button for far less precarious situations.

It's funny that some of us still think sacking manager is the solution.
We have changed so many managers and under every manager, the way we play is still bad. I don't think the problem lies with the manager.

We can have the best Manager at the moment coaching for us - sure we will look good at first (unbeaten in 8-9 games), and after that, we will get destroyed by a newly promoted team and we blame everything. This is the pattern we are stuck in.
