He isn't taking us down. This team is. And we're stuck with it regardless of who we have in the dugout.
The responsibility is shared.
So again, if its so pointless why not try a change?

Lad, we're playing like utter crap. There is no redeeming quality from the players or manager. We can't change the players right now, believe me i want to, but we can change the one who sets them up.

If we sack Lampard it will be back to square one, we need to hold our nerve and back him in January otherwise its another new manager who will want his own players and the same cycle will happen again.
Reason we have a director of football is to make sure players aren't bought for a manager.

Fixed.

If hes still here boxing day, I will back him, but im sorry, he should be sacked based on the last 3 games and the last 3 games alone.
We were near midtable after the Palace game three weeks ago.

How does anyone see two PL losses and a draw and want Lampard gone?

(a question not just aimed at you either).

Except that isn’t their front 3 at all is it?
It is today and theyre the better side than Chelsea. Most the season it's been Murphy Wilson and Almiron. And Jacob Murphy is hardly a premier league footballer and Almiron was publically getting laughed at by fellow footballers.

I honestly wish there was some magic pill I could take that would make me forget they existed.

Too many times I’ve said “I’m done with these” but am back again the very next weekend like a crackhead waiting for a fix of misery.
This. Flew over last week for Leicester game . Mix up with tickets had to buy a second lot. Didn't enjoy a kick of the game , miserable after it . Home Sunday and booked flights for the Southampton game . Totally irrational thinking. I'm struggling to get any enjoyment at all from the club

Honestly I don't know how he changes it.

More work on training pitch - he's had all summer to implement new way of playing. Kudos for making us more resilient defensively, but I don't see how another 6 weeks makes that much difference.

But new striker/winger - his stature in game has been factor in getting players in (Tarkowski, Onana) but who'd want to come here? If there's few teams interested, it'd be last place I'd move to.

The situation looks bleak but it did before Moyes came in and he turned us around. We need someone to come in and have that transformative impact.

We've got to ask why do Bournemouth and Fulham look so much better than us? Lampard has to take some responsibility for that surely.
