Know the most important thing to do is to bring in a excellent CEO, then let the CEO do their job - which includes all the personnel decisions outside of the players.

Really hope the lass from Roma comes over, very astute commercially and not afraid of making changes if it's felt it's needed.

I'm a fan of Thelwell as you know, but if they bring her (or another competent CEO) in and she decides to get rid and bring in another then so be it.

I’d go for Costco pizzas myself.

A bit more effort involved slicing them up, but much better quality and more appropriate for the American palette.

Plus, much more environmentally friendly, as no massive plastic container to dispose of.
