3. Foam 10 Gallon hats left on every seat for home games.
4. New contract for Deli
5. 20mm cannon strafing from the spitfire on the cabbage patch.

That will do for starters.
 
Top 3 things is easy:

1. Sign a RB
2. Appoint an actual very talented board of the most unlike-Bill Kenwright people you can find.
3. Throw that Toyota wagon around to grab all the sponsorships. Name it the Supra Blues Stadium or whatever for a lot of money.

Everything else falls into place after that. I mean with the new revenue and if we sell Branthwaite for 80m, we likely will have 160m to spend next summer just to be spending neutral.

1. Sort commercial deals. PSR is about revenue. Therefore, wages and a competitive squad is about revenue.

2. New manager. Thank you, Dyche. Next.

3. Spend wiser. The wage issue is slowly resolving itself as contracts end, but we have to balance the squad with earners and learners. Next year we will have a huge player turnover and it’s an opportunity to spend wisely.

4. Morale. Results will help, but the messaging from the club and the interaction with the fans during Martinez’ stint was really great.

Appoint a strong experienced CEO, appoint a strong DOF, let the DOF identify a coach with whom he wants to work, remove all Kenwright Toadies from the back room and replace them with competent people, supply a small amount of transfer money for a pair of full backs and then take a step back and let those professionals get on with it. You know what, I think that's pretty much what they'll do as well.

He's first out the door for.me. What does he even do? Blagged a job just for being one of Kenwright's many stooges at the Echo. Brown nosed his way to a gig at the club.
The Everton PR and media manager who has never once spoken publicly since he was appointed. Definitely one of the first (of many) out of the door.
 
1. Restructure or pay off all toxic loans, they seem to have already done this.

2. Bring in Lina Souloukou as the new CEO. She's now available after leaving Roma.

3. Bring in his son as Chairman - make them feel connected to the club.

4. Fill out the rest of the board with the most talented young execs we can headhunt.

5. Let the CEO have full control of everything - including the futures if all members of staff on the football sign.

Hopefully she guts most of them including the manager and his staff, the physio department, DoF make him explain exactly his vision and restrictions and choices he's made - keep or replace based upon if he's then judged as being capable of meeting the goals set him.

6. Make it known that any player entering the last 18 months of contract without signing an offer of renewal will be sold - and thus no longer be a part of the first team from the 18 month remaining stage.

7. Get rid of every last vestige of the Kenwright, Moshiri, Moyes, Dyche knives to gunfights, expected defeats, small mentality from the club.

8. Fully evaluate every person working to see if they are adding value or leeches, fire everyone who doesn't muster the grade.

9. Invest in the team beyond what we sell, keep Branthwaite.

10. Ditch the entire philosophy of recruitment from domestic sources, broaden the scope of our recruitment network
 
Stadium naming rights deal that blows the rest out of the water ..

A proper board made of high end business people who have specific roles not just on there coz ya mates

And don’t talk to the fans via the media or engage in pretend friendships with tv hosts

The rest will fall into pace natural
