Friedkin's To Do list.

There are multiple people I would fire on my first day at the club

Without naming names as they've already been mentioned in this thread

No ones forgotten "headlock gate" 14 January 2023 or the rest of it

Kenwright is getting nada at BMD too

Alan Myers would be jettisoned as well

Far too many "cosy" relationships there for vested interests

The club doesn't need to communicate by proxies like this, just get professional communicators in and treat the fans as adults

The culture of Bill Kenwright needs consigning to the dustbin heap, where it belongs

Couldn't believe it when Jim White asked Simon Jordan "what would Bill Kenwright think?" (re: Friedkin)

WHO CARES WHAT HE WOULD HAVE THOUGHT?

Bill Kenwright is a nobody in terms of Everton Football Club. A NOBODY.

1. Competent, decisive thinking board that have foresight with a plan to substantially improve the club overall

2. Eradicate the former culture. It’s a football club in what is supposed to be competitive competitions, not a social club. No more freebies, no more of the likes of Tony Bellew at Finch Farm, no more buttering up fans with tickets and events to use them to push narratives to dampen criticism/focus on failures. No more using lackeys trying to tell fans what to do or think covering their mates. Enough is enough of the “just get behind the team” mentality. In the bin the lot of it.

3. Improve marketing and communications with new, fresh ideas . No more sentimentality in rehiring former people, get the best available for longevity and fresh outlook.

4. Taking about the past, honour it without overly playing the sentiment. Pay respect to genuine legends of the club whilst they are still here with us, such as Neville Southall.

5. Long term, totally erase any small time thinking such as “expected defeats “ “be careful what you wish for “ etc. No more of this, it’s put the club back years. No big club thinks this way, so don’t . Be a big club , not tell new signings to say it just to placate.

Not overly excited at the moment because there has been too many let downs in the past. I just wish them all the very best and hope they get it right, because we all benefit from that.

What would be the top 3 things you'd like to see TFG action once officially through the door.

1. Fully functional board with strong leadership

2. Address squad quality with a view to January signings

3.Revolutionise the Sponsorship and communication departments...[removed on request]
First thing they need to do is to clarify where we sit in the TFG club 'portfolio'.

If - as they stated last night - Roma are the 'heart' of their model, what descriptive term do they apply to Everton?

Let's just get that nailed down first.

We’re the receding, thining hair waiting for a trip to turkey

Seriously: an undertaking that the new Everton stadium won't be used to price out ordinary Evertonians with hyper-inflated ticket, food and drink and merchandising prices.

We're a community club and that community is one of the most disadvantaged in all of Europe.
