It's still 11vs 11 mate. He's an innovator when you think who introduced Pro-Zone to a wider audience and you can tell he's got a way with words. I'm not sure there's much more to the job than that.

I suppose it's difficult to tell. Because someone is a great player, it doesn't necessarily follow that they're a great (or even good in Mark Hughes' case) manager. Probably the same with pundits.

I think a lot of it's personality myself. He's got it in spades you can tell by his clothes.
 

i'd like townsend tbh, his ingenious quote of "throw the rulebook out of the window" would give us that major advantage in our title push :s

we'll be getting our midfielders to stop the ball with their hands. and our strikers can just pick the ball up and run and throw it in the goal - GO TOWNSEND'S EBEPTON
