Not really. It also stands up if they’re not in financial trouble, but need to sell in order to buy. You don’t have to be in financial trouble to have limited player purchasing funds

At this stage though why not just accept breaking FFP for one season if funds are THAT tight?

Not like we aint going to be making a massive profit on Richarlison next season when he inevitably joins a club with more ambition next summer putting us in the black once again.

FFP suspended until next summer anyway so it wouldnt affect us getting into Europe this season and as Wolves had their punishment was about 500k and a 2 man reduction.

Its mindblowing that a club that has underacheived for 25 years appoints a world class manager in Carlo Ancelotti and then decides to call it a day on spending money after giving it on droves to any chancer who rocked up previously.

I would say that I can't believe that there are actually a few heads falling off over this... then I remember we're talking about GOT here and it's the same characters ALL the time lol

Apparently he's a boss, trusted by Ancelotti, cheaper as well which means we can spend more on the midfield. I'm satisfied

He's a right sided centre back who made his name at Torino in a back 3 (on the right). Also playing in a back 3 for internationals.

He moved to Napoli and flopped as he couldnt play in a back 4.

Also im not sure how a left footed left sided 22 year old centre back first choice suddenly becomes a back 3 specialist right sided right footed centre back of 28/29 years old.

Its a massive no from me.

BREAKING: Zat doesn't want a player over the age of 15.

So if we break the rules, everyone knows you have to sell next year, is anybody going to give you big money for your players if they know you are desperate and need to sell? No
Its also not just a fine, you also need to submit a plan on how you will break even and have the UEFA auditors monitor your accounts to ensure you are reducing costs.
Plus we are going to break the rules anyway without spending a penny this year, because our losses are way bigger than our income

The time to go loco is after weve done all our business.

I hope Ancelotti has someone under the radar who no one has thought of yet. Someone who becomes a wow type player and is worth the attendance money.

I thought it may have been Kumbulla from Verona but seems like hes joining Inter.

He's played 28 games a season the last two seasons, would hardly call that a complete flop. Not sure how much better you can get for the price and like I said, I'd sooner spend more money on midfield options

Its disappointing if we've lost out on an upgrade CB. Improvements to the squad are always needed and welcomed. That said, Centre Midfield needs sorting first and foremost. Sooner the better. Our back four would benefit from some sort of protection.

No it's not. It's sensible in the current circumstances.
