Dragons, zombies, royal dynasties based on incestuous relationships, all seeing mystics and you boys are nit picking over a couple of small snag points. Just enjoy already.

In reality only a Koeman type would be ruthless enough to win the iron throne. With Big Dunc as his hand.

I'm glad that Littlefinger was killed off, the character has been a passenger for a while now. Quite cool how it happened as well.

I reckon Tyrion is up to something. Perhaps not a full-blown betrayal, but he's deffo made a dodgy deal with Cerci and is keeping it from Danerys.

was it? I thought it was the same guy.

the theon part was stupid, he was throwing hay makers all over the shop, missing wildly. Then surely the guy he was fighting knew he didn't have a cock? That word would have spread amongst the iron fleet, surely? The guy was massive, one theon punch and he was down for the count, ha nah.
To be fair, most people getting hit with a rock to the head don't fend too well

I felt a little underwhelmed with Littlefinger's death. Weirdly, I felt I didn't hate him enough for what he was trying to be built up to. He kinda became an afterthought for recent seasons or a remnant of the much earlier Stark/Lannister war.

Oddly enough it was my least favorite episode of the season.

The good:
1. Cersei's moment with Jamie... Wow. Very chilling stuff... I didn't think she would actually kill him, but you'd never rule that out with Cersei. I've never seen a more better description of Cersei than that moment. Truly a manipulative horror that needs to be dealt with ASAP. I also enjoy the fact that she is still scheming and won't join in the worst story-line of the series (white walkers) apart from the three-eyed raven nonsense.

2. Tyrion's meeting with Cersei was also a highlight of the episode. She reveals that she is still vulnerable to family despite what Tyrion did to their father. It could almost be viewed as the last bit of humanity Cersei has left.

3. The Tyrion cliffhanger- Where does Tyrion stand? Is he going to side with Dany and Jon as one would expect? Did Cersei's pregnancy affect Tyrion's decision making? There is also the possibility that Tyrion is in love with Dany. It's been said that Tyrion and Jon will have a deadly rivalry at some point (supposedly in one of the books)

The bad:

1. Littlefinger's death was so hilariously anti-climatic that I wanted to turn the tele off. How does one of the best schemers in the series get caught with his pants on the ground like this? The writers truly abandoned him as a character (maybe it was intended, but it was an embarrassing ending for me). They were strictly trying to write him out of the series and well... they did I guess. It could have been handled much better.

2. The meeting was very cringy for me. Everything seemed awkward and forced, and Jon Snow's how to destroy a white walker tutorial was one of the dumbest things I have ever seen in television. I would not advise anyone trying to get into the series to watch this episode.

3. Samwell... truly an abysmal chracter stolen from the LOTR and offers none of the redeeming qualities that Samwise did. Please murder him lads

4. The pacing and timelines wacky, but they have to rush content to finish the series so they can't be blamed too much for that

the littlefinger plot is all about a house of cards collapsing.

As so often happens with plotters.

Once found out they meet a swift and speedy anti climatic demise.

That was part of the point.

Once people had his scheming known. He stood no chance.

It's like watching a Chocoazul thread just go boom. With him being found out.

Arya was the mods. With a quick slice to the throat.

That kind of thing.

Just been reading about the Aegon's of the world.

Found something interesting. The Golden Company was founded by a Targaryen [Poor language removed] (Aegor Rivers, legitimized by Aegon IV).

Is Cersei making a spectacular misstep in enlisting them to fight BOATSEX? Regardless of what they do in the books (as we are well off book now)

People have been saying for a while that a Blackfyre rebellion will play a big part in the show (it's already well underway in the books).

And who is Aegor Rivers' half brother? The three eyed crow (or raven for whatever reason in the show).

I've no idea what any of that might mean but I'm just hoping his Valyrian steel sword Dark Sister has been passed on to Bran somehow for a big bad Targaryen/Stark/White Walker/Blackfyre showdown!
