If you read it carefully, you'll see I've only made one comment/post about that derby, others replied? Hardly an obsession. This a forum and members usually expect replies?
I challenge you to find where I said Ancelotti is like Allardyce? All I said was they both play safe types of football and made the comment Allardyce wasn't allowed to get away with like Ancelotti has been allowed to.

Southampton have been down the bottom end of the table much longer than us, their season has been so much more stressful than ours, just look at the energy and heart they're showing as well as the other good points mentioned.
We are absolutely limp compared to them.

I fear its ingrained in the club. Was watching toffeetv yesterday saying they had been told various players take this pee around training and the club. We have a culture or complacency and comfortable failure. It has to change NOW!
If that is the case, and it is as good an explanation as any for the way the players have been conducting themselves in games, then Carlo has to identify the ring leaders and get rid of them. There will be a financial cost to it but it is very necessary. I expect to see quite a number of players leaving this summer. I don’t care if we don’t make it into the top 6 next year, however nice that would be, if I can see a team trying it’s best for the supporters, club and manager.
