Got my mower back from the lawn mower mender bloke today. Mowed the front, then the side, then the back. (Its meadow grass, so you know its not straight forward).

Then I was confronted with the garden anarchy of the lower patch. (beyond the orchard). Holy smoke mate. Bear in mind I havnt laid a glove on it for 2 years, maybe 3.

Might need to take the chain saw to lawn mower man if I cant get it buzzing tomorrow.

Yep. Still got the bottle of poison you suggested as well. Bamboo has stabilised, so will deal with it as and when. Got a garden plan now the grass is cut.

Got tons on of time as well, for the first time in years.
Did you see my landscaping photo 12 months old no weeding needed grounciver heavy duty material - Pearl oyster gravel - made up with it - my wife and son helped me I designed it all out of my head ......no planning - preparation is the hardest it was full of crap.brambles ivy couch grass - sprayed it three times with glysophate waited then prepped it .....colour all year round ....do it bit by bit ......

Er, I think so. Gonna attack the brambles, got an oil drum for a bonfire, then take it from there.
