I echo everything what others have said, good cover option for a season, simple as that.

A lot complaining about the defence and how the 'system' affects it, personally its not the system, its whats protecting the defence, and when Gibson isnt there theres absolutely **** all protecting the back four.

If we sell Felli (and i'd rather not!) then we shuld (hopefully) have that kind of money. A cheaper option would be Camacho from Malaga

Isn't he on a ridiculous wage? No for me unless City pay a hefty amount of it. If the options are between us paying Barry's wages or keeping what we have, I'm fine with our midfield. We have four capable players in Barkley, Gibbo, Felli, and Osman. If needed, Pienaar can play there as well. I'd prefer another winger. We only have Pienaar and Mirallas. Oviedo looks a decent player, but after that we have Delefou for a season and then what? One or two injuries, and our wide play will really suffer.

Laughing at the level of knee jerking around Osman on here. He didn't play well against Norwich but was superb last season, yet one bad game and he's on the scrap heap, with the opposite being true of Barkley. He wasn't great last year, but one stellar performance and he's the next Steven Gerrard.
