I'm just talking about the word philosophy. I'm pretty sure Martinez never calls his playing style a philosophy. When people like Rodgers or fans of Barca talk about their "philosophy," it sounds like they are comparing themselves to some of the smartest people in the world. I love our new creative passing playing style, and I know Roberto has been influenced by Barcelona's tiki-taka, but calling it a philosophy kind of irks me.

I see where you're coming from mate, it has little to do with the study of knowledge per se, and would be better served by being described more precisely, but we are dealing with ex-footballers in the main, rather than academics :)
 

this kid terrored Fulham in the cup I thought so he should be starting tomorrow. Who have we got after Fulham? I can't get access to OS. Is it swansea then or sunderland?
