Gerard Deulofeu - Once a Blue, always a Blue

There the 2 id take next,Adama is very similar to delefeu but has more power, and samper dictates matches, reminds me a bit of carrick but with a better barnet.

How old are they both? One thing Moyes did do was loan players once he had an agreed signing fee at the end of the loan period. There should be the wonderkid loans who bring us a cutting edge + any others should have pre-agreed fees.

Deulofeu on form would offer Barcelona a lot of thrust and penetration in the penalty area.. They might lend him out but I am not holding my breath.

Barcelona have sent club representatives to Everton to sort out the future of young Gerard Deulofeu. The Catalan club want him to return to Spain this summer but they wanted to speak to Everton about his development, and also reassure the player's representatives that he has a first team future with Barcelona.

In early February Calciomercato in Italy said they'd heard from Spanish sources that Deulofeu wouldn't be allowed out on loan anywhere next season and that Everton had already been informed, with Roberto Martinez planning for the campaign without him.

However, Barcelona have been impressed with how Everton have handled the young player and the chances he's been given, outside of his injury. They can see that he's grown as a player and individual which will help Everton with any future loan requests from Barcelona and could still have some impact on Deulofeu's future.

He's turns 20 next month and Deulofeu doesn't want a season as a bit part player at Barcelona, say Marca, and that's presumably part of the current talks going on. Tata Martino is said to be eager for the player to return and Barcelona will hope that gives him confidence of being involved next season

He a great player in the making and can see why Barca might want him back, he still raw and not ready for the for the team at Barca yet. Yes we don't want to fall out with Barca over this as we could say thank you for loaning Deulofeu and can we have another one of your gems next season

Would be so boss to keep him for another year.

That would just be like he's our player for 2 seasons then leaves for Barca.

I could deal with that.

Would be utterly fuming if he went to another Prem club though!

Agree there.

For what it's worth, I can't see him staying in England though. I only see his long term future in Spain. I think he'll be ace for Barca eventually. I hope that happens for him as I love his smiley little gerbil face and don't want to dislike him as I inevitably will if he signs for an English club.
