Gerard Deulofeu - Once a Blue, always a Blue

Thought he was excellent considering it was his first year away from Barca and in a new and difficult league. He'll be even better next season if we get him again, especially since he's had this years experience.

Think he had one excellent period in the season for a period of 4-5 matches then he went a bit meh for the rest, and if i am being brutally honest was bang average. His season was 'ok' not excellent or great he was just okay.

I can forgive the mistake from a winger when they try things but his mistakes we're far too many that mixed with his overly selfish playing style is what makes him meh. Unless something changes i can't see him being a player at a big big club.

But he has time to change.

Well yeah. Ill be surprised if we've already sorted next Season out. Barca are getting a new manager remember. Who knows what will happen.

I would think it is over for him at Goodison.

These loans were great for one season , but I feel we need to build on what we have achieved this season and get players in for the long term.

Only my opinion tho.

He probably plays 8 games as a sub for Baca next season if he decides not to come back on loan.

If we don't have him back hopefully we'll be a prime target for either Barca or Real. Thinking of Morata, especially with Suarez transferring to them.

Honestly don't think he'll be a Barca first team regular next season, he's got so much potential but no way near ready for the pressure of playing week in week out for them, another season on loan with us he could get much more game time, do him the world of good.

Even if he doesn't come back though i'm sure Barca have got some more diamonds that need some game time with us!!! (or R.Madird for that matter)
