Just seems to be saying what he has said since day one really mate, ie. he wants to play for Barca but will do what the manager says is the best for him to realise that goal really

if we get him back, great. If not, I'm not too bothered. There are quality young players we could look at buying that would fill his role. Carles Gil and Zakaria Bakkali are two that we've been rumored with.

It's obvious he would, but he doesn't need to come out and say it. I'd still have him back of course, but if he wanted to play for Barca he should have played better during the last quarter or so of the season. He hasn't played well in quite some time, and started turning in poor performances right down the stretch when we needed him, so why he thinks he's now good enough to get games at Barca is beyond me.

If you want to play for one of the best teams in the world, let your feet do the talking don't just complain to the press.

The good is that not only has Enrique coached Deulofeu but values/emphasizes La Masia which favors his use of both Rafinha & Gerard...The emergence of Adama may complicate matters for Deulofeu, however, regardless of what happens to any combo of Pedro, Alexis, Tello & Cuenca

I genuinely can't see him getting much game time at Barcelona, I'm sure its been a good experience for him in England but I'm not convinced he will go back to Barcelona any better then when he arrived.

Maybe a loan season at a Spanish club would be better for him
