Errr for a start what about Newcastle away (p226 of this thread) most people had him as man of the match despite Barkley running over half the pitch to score a great goal.Deulofeu did next to nothing after Stoke.
"I joined Barça when I was 9 years old and I had to take a cab every day to Barcelona, 100-200 km. All that to live my dream."
"Returning is an immense joy. That was my goal: to return home and to triumph at Barça.
Now it's time to work hard."
Got done for this ffs.SMASH HIM WOOLY LAD!
He's in the Spanish squad FFS!!
WE MADE HIM
So, why are people now saying that they're apparently not arsed that both he and (possibly) Barry won't be back next season? Both clearly quality players who have made a big difference to our season. To lose them both would be a massive shame and no mistake, particularly with European football to play.
However this lad wasn't fantastic, he was very good in glimpses, very hit and miss. He's a good player to have on the bench but wasn't arsed about being here, clearly just saw it as something he had to do to please his, at the time, boss.
He was exciting (particularly pre-injury) but he was never guaranteed to stay more than a season. No ones THAT arsed because we all knew he'd be off and tbh bar a few good games, he didn't really bring anything that another decent loanee should offer us.So, why are people now saying that they're apparently not arsed that both he and (possibly) Barry won't be back next season? Deulofeu on his return from loan at Everton:
In other words, you're talking nonsense.
