Gerard Deulofeu - Once a Blue, always a Blue

When Lukaku was injured it was him the season was resting on.
McCarthy gets an injury and suddenly it's him marshalling midfield that our season was resting on.
Stones is out and suddenly we can't defend without him, he was who our season relied upon.

Only a matter of time before Deulofeu had his turn (again). I'd be happy to have him back for us, seems Barca have played it very nicely, first team game time for us, Spanish first team game time for a rival after us.... either steps up for them or they sell for a nicer fee than they could have gotten for a potential player. Wouldn't be amazed if he went to Arsenal.

Football is business after all.
If this happens and we end up with Lennon.......:drunk:

Most of the posters who have been commenting today have been keen on getting him back ever since his loan ended and regardless of how we have been playing or his assists in the last week.

He is a good player with a lot of promise who didn't appear wanted by Barca or Sevilla and seems to hold our club in genuine affection so why not?

He would seriously walk into our current squad as a breath of fresh air.
