Bit different though due to his role. A central player needs to be a bit defensively sound as he could throw off the whole balance of the team. However, with a winger, you can basically just say "go there, get the ball, terrorise them with it" and job done.

I just think the manager there doesn't rate him, or there's politics going on behind the scenes, as we all know he's certainly good enough to do a job for them, even if not automatic starter.
